Sales Manager

I am supporting a growing UK engineering business that delivers high-reliability systems into sectors including defence, energy and industrial infrastructure.

The company combines electronic, electrical and mechanical engineering with in-house manufacturing capability and has an established customer base alongside strong growth opportunities.

They are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager who can develop key accounts, win new business and convert technically complex enquiries into orders.

This role will suit someone who understands engineering environments such as machining, electronics or electro-mechanical systems and enjoys working closely with engineers and customers to develop solutions.

They are happy to consider candidates that can be based remotely and open to considering candidates with a strong commercial background and proven experience in developing realtionships.
