This ambitious Midlands-based company operates nationwide, specialising in office interior projects. They provide clients with a full design-and-build fit-out and refurbishment service, tailored to meet individual specifications and brand identity. Their strong reputation and client-focused approach have driven their success since inception, and they are now embarking on a five-year growth plan. To support this, they are looking to expand their dynamic team with this exciting opportunity.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients while generating new business opportunities, maintaining approximately a 70/30 split between account management and business development. You''ll work closely with the design, estimating and contracts teams, taking project briefs from clients through the early design stages before handing projects over for delivery. You''ll also represent the business at networking events and support marketing initiatives in person and on social media.

The ideal candidate will be a sales or business development manager within the commercial construction sector, with a network of industry contacts. Who has a consultative, relationship focused approach and can coordinate projects from client brief to delivery stage.

• Managing existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities

• Sales experience within commercial interiors, office fit-out or office furniture
• Strong relationship management and consultative sales skills
• Commutable distance to their office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch
• Looking for long-term progression within a growing business
