Sales Manager

Our client is a long-established specialist supplier to the UK fenestration industry, with over 35 years of success supplying high-quality hardware solutions to window and door fabricators, installers and trade professionals.

Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to develop existing customer relationships while identifying and winning new business across the Midlands and M62 Corridor.

The Role

• Manage and grow an established customer base across your territory
• Develop new business opportunities within the fenestration sector
• Promote a comprehensive range of premium window and door hardware solutions
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations where required
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximise opportunities.

About You

• Proven sales experience within the window, door or architectural hardware industry
• Strong knowledge of PVCu and aluminium window and door hardware
• Experience working with fabricators, manufacturers or installers.
• A track record of winning new business while managing key accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
