Sales Manager - Capital EquipmentUK-Wide Travel 40,000- 45,000 Basic + CommissionWe''re looking for an experienced Hot-Melt Capital Equipment Sales professional to join a specialist packaging and adhesive application equipment business, supporting customers across the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a proven background selling hot-melt equipment who enjoys developing new business, managing customer relationships and delivering technical solutions to manufacturing and packaging customers.The RoleSell hot-melt capital equipment and adhesive application systems to customers across the UK.Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and solutions.Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical sales presentations.Work closely with internal technical and service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.RequirementsEssential: Proven experience selling hot-melt capital equipmentExperience selling into packaging, manufacturing or industrial markets.Confident building relationships with customers and identifying new opportunities.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide, including overnight stays.Package 40,000- 45,000 basic salary, depending on experience.Commission structure.Company Car or Car AllowanceWR Engineering are the recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing and technical sales jobs.
