Job Overview
We are seeking a expereinced account manager /-sales manager-to drive business growth and manage client relationships across the FM sector. This position would suit someone who has expereince in fire and smoke dampers or ventilation compliance.-
Salary:--35,000 - -40,000
Bonus:-5% of the invoice (uncapped)
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic analysis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Utilise Salesforce CRM to track interactions, update account information, and generate sales reports.
- Analyse market trends and customer data to inform sales strategies and improve account performance.
- Lead negotiations and presentations with clients, demonstrating professionalism and persuasive communication.
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing best practices and mentoring junior staff members.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or surpassing targets.
- undertsnading of fire and smoke dampers and ventilation compliance.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
