Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a reliable and organised Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a 3-month temporary to permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking part-time hours within a supportive and welcoming working environment. The Role Working 25 hours per week across 5 days, you''ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day sales ledger function, ensuring customer accounts are maintained accurately and efficiently. Key Duties Raising and processing sales invoices Allocating customer payments Maintaining accurate customer account records Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies Chasing outstanding payments where required Processing credit notes Entering, coding, matching sterling and Euro invoices/ credits onto Rubicon Handling customer account queries via phone and email Assisting with month-end sales ledger procedures Maintaining accurate records and filing systems Supporting the wider finance team with general administration duties The Person The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within a sales ledger, accounts administration or finance support role Good attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills A confident and ..... full job details .....
