Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with and a fantastic business based in Chesterfield as they look to recruit an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.This is an excellent opportunity for an experience finance professional who is looking to take ownership of the sales ledger function within a supportive and fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end sales ledger processRaising and processing high volumes of sales invoices accuratelyAllocating cash and reconciling customer accountsChasing outstanding payments and managing aged debtBuilding strong relationships with internal departments and external clientsResolving invoice queries in a timely and professional mannerAssisting with month-end procedures and reportingThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience in a Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable roleStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamGood working knowledge of Excel and accounting systemsWhat''s on Offer:Competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000A stable, permanent position within a reputable businessSupportive team environment with opportunities to developConvenient Chesterfield location with on-site parkingIf you are an experienced Sales Ledger professional looking for your next challenge or someone looking to gain experience in finance, please ..... full job details .....
