Sales Ledger Clerk

Our client, a Construction equipment supplier, have an urgent requirement for a permanent Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team in the Epping area.Reporting to senior management you will be responsible for:Monthly invoice runs via InspHire and SageSending out invoices and statements on a weekly and monthly basis.Credit Control (Cash and Credit Accounts), this includes dealing with third party debt collection agenciesReconciling customer accountsReporting to the Account ManagerData entryCreating applications for paymentProcessing new customer applicationsAd hoc admin duties To be considered for this role you will need:Sage 50Previous experienceHours are Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm with a 1 hour for lunch.This is an equal opportunity business. ..... full job details .....
