NXTGEN are pleased to be partnering with a very successful Norfolk business to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This Sales Ledger Clerk position offers the opportunity to join a supportive finance team where you''ll take ownership of invoicing activities while gaining exposure to the wider finance function. If you''re an experienced Sales Ledger Clerk looking for a role that combines flexibility, stability and a collaborative working environment, this could be an excellent opportunity.The RoleAs part of a busy finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring sales invoices are raised accurately and efficiently, helping to maintain strong customer relationships and support the smooth running of the finance department.Key responsibilities will include:Processing daily sales invoicesReviewing outstanding sales orders and supporting documentationIssuing invoices to customers via email and customer portalsReviewing pricing and ensuring invoice accuracySupporting the Senior Credit Controller with day-to-day activitiesAssisting with customer queries and credit notesSupporting finance procedures and process improvementsProviding ad-hoc administrative support to the wider finance teamAbout YouPrevious Sales Ledger or Accounts Receivable experienceGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office and finance systemsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsA proactive ..... full job details .....
