Sales Ledger Clerk - Permanent, Full Time up to 35k Per Annum (DOE) Our client based in Basildon are seeking a Sales Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Financial Controller, producing sales invoices and credit notes. Please note, this is a fully office based position. Duties:Produce sales invoices and credit notesDealing with our clients directly on a regular basis, accessing various portals for uploading invoices, as well as shipping, factory and other supporting documentationUnderstanding different methods of sales revenue (FOB, Landed, Online, DTC, Amazon etc.) as accounts are across multiple entities in multiple currencies.Maintaining the sales order reportsCredit control of the allocated accountsCommunicating with retailers, factories, and other external stakeholdersLiaising with Directors and Sales CoordinatorsResolving queries and disputes in a timely and professional mannerAssisting the Financial Controller with ad-hoc duties as and when requiredCandidate requirements:A minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar finance role is necessaryExperience with Sage 50 software is essential and must have worked within Sales or Purchase Ledger previouslyExcellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasksHigh attention to detail to ensure data is inputted accuratelyTeam playerStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and driven to complete all tasks in a ..... full job details .....
