This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-focused individual who enjoys working with numbers, administration and people. In this role, you will support the smooth running of the sales ledger function, ensuring invoices, payments and records are processed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process resident admissions and discharges in preparation for invoicing. Prepare invoices for care homes and day centres. Process and allocate payments accurately. Process card payments and issue refunds where applicable. Check self-funding arrangements, council contracts and purchase orders.
