This is a key role focused on billing and invoicing (not credit control), supporting a busy finance function and working closely with other departments across the business. It''s a full-time, office-based role to start, with hybrid working available once probation is complete.You''ll be part of a supportive team with hands-on guidance, but they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. To be considered, you must have experience working in a property environment - whether that''s commercial or residential - and a strong understanding of how billing and tenant charges work in practice.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update property and tenant records accuratelyProcess tenant changes, raise charges or credits, and update rent rollsReconcile tenant accounts and support accurate month-end closeRaise recurring invoices (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Issue service charge budgets and reconciliationsProcess utility, insurance, and other rechargesPrepare completion statements, refund requests, and bad debt write-offsLiaise across finance and property teams to support smooth billing processesCandidate Attributes and Skills:Minimum 1 year''s experience in a sales ledger or billing rolePrevious experience in a property setting is essentialStrong Excel and ..... full job details .....
