Permanent Vacancy - Sales Ledger AdministratorLocation: CambridgeDuration: 10 weeks starting 13th JulyHourly Rate: £15 (£16.81 inc. holiday pay) PAYEHours: 37 hours per weekThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role with a strong focus on Sales Ledger and Credit Control, suited to someone who can quickly integrate and add value.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices and credit notes accurately within required timescalesSupport billing, payment plans, and customer/student finance queriesMaintain the sales ledger, including allocating receipts, issuing refunds, and resolving discrepanciesAssist with Direct Debit processing, including set-up, collections, and failed paymentsReconcile debtor accounts and investigate variancesMonitor shared inboxes and respond to email/phone queriesSupport Credit Control with outstanding debt and account follow-upTake payments and assist with general finance administrationAbout YouPrevious experience in Sales Ledger or Credit ControlStrong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft OfficeExperience using accounting systemsAn enhanced DBS check will be required for this post.Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all backgrounds. ..... full job details .....
