      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client designs and manufactures specialist RF systems and products used by customers ranging from major satellite operators to broadcast organisations. Part of a larger defence and technology group, the business has grown revenues from -11m to -19m since 2022 and retains full operational autonomy within its parent company.  This role has been created to bring structure, rhythm and leadership to a global sales operation. The business has strong technology, deep engineering capability and a distributed BDM team spanning UK/EMEA, APAC and the US. What it needs now is someone to lead it.   The role   You''ll take ownership of RF systems and test sales globally. Leading a small international team, you''ll embed Salesforce discipline, strengthen customer relationships, restructure the channel partner network and build commercial capability in the US, currently a $6m market with significant headroom.
