This is an office-based management position, suited to someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading from the front and creating a proactive sales culture. The successful candidate will have ownership of sales performance, supporting and managing the sales team while identifying new opportunities and ensuring strong customer relationships are maintained. Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed targets. Develop a proactive approach to new business and sales opportunities.
