The Role As an Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency and compliance of apprenticeship delivery across the organisation. As an IQA, you will: Conduct internal quality assurance across Sales Executive programmes. Sample and quality assure learner portfolios and assessment decisions. Work closely with Development Coaches to ensure consistent quality across delivery. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to Coaches to improve assessment practice. Support and lead standardisation activities across the coaching team. Identify development needs and support the training and upskilling of Coaches. Contribute to performance planning and quality improvement activity. Maintain accurate quality assurance records and ensure actions are followed through.
