Sales & Installations Administrator
Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sales & Installations Administrator to support our Sales & Installations Teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling installations and acting as a key point of contact between customers and fitting teams. Previous experience within the glazing, door and window, or wider construction industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule installation appointments efficiently
- Communicate with customers and fitting teams via telephone and email
- Support the Installations Team with day-to-day scheduling and administration
- Monitor installation schedules and resolve any issues or changes
- Maintain accurate records using internal databases and spreadsheets
- Ensure a high level of customer service at all times
- Previous experience in the glazing, door and window, or construction industry preferred
- Strong telephone manner and confident communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Comfortable working unsupervised and using own initiative
- Able to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- General administrative experience, including databases, spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Competitive salary, dependent on experience starting at £13.50/hour
- Full-time, permanent position 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
