This is a key role within the finance team, partnering closely with Sales, Commercial and operational leaders to drive profitable revenue growth, improve sales performance, and support better commercial decision-makingThe RoleAs a Sales Finance Business Partner, you will provide insight, challenge, and financial support across the sales organization. You will help turn pipeline, customer, and pricing data into clear actions that improve revenue, margin, and overall commercial performance.Key responsibilities include:Partnering with Sales and Commercial leadership teams to support revenue growth and margin improvement.Leading sales performance reviews, providing clear insight on revenue, pipeline, conversion, pricing and profitability.Supporting the forecasting and budgeting process, with a particular focus on sales performance, customer demand and commercial opportunities.Reviewing sales pipeline activity and providing challenge around conversion assumptions, timing, risks and opportunities.Analysing customer, product and channel profitability to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve margin.Supporting pricing decisions, commercial proposals, tenders, renewals and contract negotiations.Building robust financial models and investment cases for new business opportunities, customer deals and strategic initiatives.Working with Sales teams to ..... full job details .....
