Sales, Finance and Marketing Administrator

Permanent 20-30 hours per week Monday to Friday £30,000 FTE, pro rata We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Sales, Finance and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Executive Compass. This is a permanent, office-based role at Hoults Yard in Newcastle, with flexible part-time hours across five days. You can work between 20 and 30 hours per week, for example: 10am-2pm, Monday to Friday 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday or another agreed pattern within those parameters. This role could suit someone looking for a professional part-time position with predictable weekday hours. About the role Executive Compass is an independent bid writing consultancy supporting organisations across the UK to win public and private-sector contracts. You will join our sales, finance and marketing team and help keep our day-to-day commercial administration accurate, organised and running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include: maintaining client, enquiry and opportunity records in Salesforce setting up new clients and projects carrying out company credit checks using Creditsafe issuing terms and conditions through Signable raising and issuing invoices through Xero maintaining accurate spreadsheets and business records monitoring outstanding invoices and supporting credit control liaising professionally with clients by telephone and email providing wider sales, marketing and administrative support.
