Sales Executives

Our client is a business technology provider and they are looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Executives to join its successful team in Whiteley.

• Making outbound calls to businesses to identify new sales opportunities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored solutions
• Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Managing your own sales pipeline
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the phone
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, target-driven approach
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous sales experience would be beneficial but isn''t essential. Experience in customer service, recruitment, retail, hospitality or another target-driven environment could also transfer really well.

• -25,750 basic salary + uncapped commission (-50K60K OTE)
