Sales Executive - Manchester - Up to 40,000 inc Car allowance and bonusDue to increased global growth, our client are seeking a Sales Executive to be part of our UK Sales team, covering the North West region including Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Lancashire, Cheshire and Cumbria, selling all modes of freight.Frequent travel across the region is expected; therefore, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.Working HoursMonday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm (including one-hour unpaid lunch)Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales performance to achieve agreed targetsIdentify new sales opportunities and build strong business relationshipsProfile new businesses to understand freight and customs requirementsMaintain and update the CRM system with client and prospect activityGrow and develop existing client portfoliosLiaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and international agentsDemonstrate strong product knowledge and technical sales capabilityRepresent the organisation professionally at all timesNegotiate and influence effectively when requiredSkills, Experience and CompetenciesPreferredMinimum 2 years'' sales experience within the freight industryKnowledge of multimodal import/export operationsStrong communication and presentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelSolid understanding of logistics processes and proceduresStrong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloadAbility to work independently and as part of a ..... full job details .....
