Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activity, converting enquiries into customers, and driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts. In this position, you will play a key role across the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closing deals, while consistently delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term relationships. In the role, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and telesales activity, as well as responding to inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will qualify leads, identify conversion opportunities, and manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects will be essential, alongside presenting tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs.
