Customer Service & Sales Executive
Location: Knaresborough
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm (1 hour lunch)

We’re looking for a sales-focused and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join a friendly, professional, and supportive team in Knaresborough.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships over the phone, and guiding customers towards the right product solutions. You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, turning warm leads into sales while delivering a first-class customer experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing incoming and outbound customer calls

• Identifying customers’ needs and providing tailored product information

• Preparing and following up on quotations to convert leads into sales

• Setting up new business accounts in the system

• Logging all customer interactions accurately in the CRM

• Using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with confidence

• Working closely with your team to ensure a smooth, positive customer journey

What we’re looking for:

• Previous telephone-based customer service or sales experience (essential)

• Excellent rapport-building skills and a confident telephone manner

• Strong listening and communication skills

• Positive, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

• Good IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
