Sales Executive

Are you passionate about travel, enjoy working with people, and have a talent for sales? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, promoting our travel packages and services. We are looking for excellent communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.Job details:To carry out outbound calls to reach decision makers and generate pipeline enquiries for our products supporting the sales conversion process based on key sales metrics.To use full sales method mix including self-sufficient lead generation, face to face meetings, telephone calls, proposals and quote production.To manage calls and webchat to go to the correct Account Manager as well as supporting the sales team with general administration.To identify up sell opportunities for all products and switch selling where possible according to the needs of the business.To ensure that we are providing excellent customer service including updating our CRM with clear notes.To develop and maintain excellent product knowledge by keeping up to date with new products and curriculum.To attend product and skill training sessions and put these into practice to enhance sales.To cover for Account Manager(s) regions during annual leaveSkills required:This role involves building both internal and external customer relationships and therefore strong ..... full job details .....
