The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you''ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and generating qualified leads for the wider sales team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively contacting prospective and existing business customers.
• Building relationships and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Qualifying leads and booking appointments for the external sales team.
• Following up on enquiries and previous customer conversations.
• Keeping customer records up to date using the CRM system.
• Handling objections confidently and professionally.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

About You

We''re looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience within telesales, internal sales, lead generation or business development.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
• Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable

• Experience within a B2B sales environment.
• Working towards KPIs and sales targets.
• Experience generating leads and booking appointments.
