This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment, to ensure client''s needs are met and anticipated, as well as establishing new sales opportunities.Main duties of the Sales Executive:Promote the company''s services and build relationships with customersRespond to sales enquiries via telephone and emailProactively call out to current and potential new clientsProactively manage customer''s accountsKeep customers'' records accurately updatedManage customers'' expectationsLiaise with internal departments to full fill customer requirementsKey competencies of the Sales Executive:Quick to learn and adaptGood IT capabilities (Outlook, Excel, Word)Good numeracy and literacy skillsPolite, friendly with a professional telephone mannerSelf- motivated, punctual, and organisedAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced thriving environmentAbility to problem solve and to work off your own initiativeAbility to build quick rapport with potential and existing customersAs a Sales Executive you will be required to work Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30 with 1 hr lunch break, along with a salary offering £28,600 per annum + uncapped commission based on a % of sales.
