Responsibilities
Selling success – Achieve targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
Maximising Finance and Insurance (FandI) opportunities – Present tailored finance solutions, protection plans, and value-added products to enhance the customer experience.
Building connections – Engage with customers, understand their needs, and create lasting relationships.
Following up leads – Proactively contact potential customers to maximise opportunities.
Sealing the deal – Confidently handle objections and negotiate sales transactions.
Delivering excellence – Ensure outstanding customer service every step of the way.
Qualifications
Experience in car sales or a similar customer-focused sales role.
A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Confidence, motivation, and a hunger to succeed.
Ability to work as part of a talented, driven team.
