Sales Executive - Tech/Software Sales

Job Title: Sales Executive / SDR 

Location: Nottingham - Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

We are partnering with a rapidly growing business in the Tech/Software industry that really puts their team first. Their first focus is developing everyone in the business to be better then delivering unmatched results for their clients. 

The Role

If someone has previous experience of being an SDR, that great but it's not the only background they'd consider. 

If you've previously worked in any area of B2B sales, recruitment or even high level customer service this could be a great next step for you.

You will be responsible for generating sales opportunities over the phone, through email & utilising LinkedIn. Having conversations with senior leaders in businesses then booking in teams meetings. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Identify and qualify potential customers and sales opportunities
• Book meetings with prospects that are noticing certain challenges. 
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective leads
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Work towards and exceed monthly KPIs and targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign success

Requirements

• Confident communicator with experience engaging decision-makers
• Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-volume environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience using CRM systems is advantageous
