Sales Executive

The Role:Silcom Recruitment is working with an established, new and used main car dealership, based around the outskirts of Fareham, who are seeking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their team.Ideally, applicants will already possess a proven background in new, and or used car sales.Refreshingly, our client also offer a five-day working week!Responsibilities and Requirements:Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions.Promote and sell quality new and used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets.Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership''s stock, pricing, and finance options.The Package:£20,000 Basic - £50,000 + OTE + Company Car.Five day working week!
