Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and online platforms. Welcoming customers to the showroom and assisting with vehicle viewings. Conducting test drives and presenting vehicle features and benefits. Discussing finance solutions, including HP and PCP options. Promoting additional products and services such as extended warranties and paint protection packages. Preparing and processing all sales documentation accurately. Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with company procedures. Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.About You A proven track record of success in a sales environment.
