As the appointed Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, supporting customers throughout their buying journey, and contributing to the success of the wider team. About the Role • Managing inbound and outbound customer sales enquiries • Converting survey and measurement appointments into confirmed sales opportunities • Building strong relationships with customers and providing a consultative sales approach • Identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable products and solutions • Preparing quotations and following up on outstanding proposals • Maintaining accurate records, systems, and customer documentation • Working closely with surveyors and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience • Delivering exceptional customer service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and services to effectively advise customers About You • Proven experience within a B2C sales environment • Demonstrable success in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Experience converting surveys and measurements into successful sales outcomes • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong ..... full job details .....
