Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Client with the ultimate goal of driving their revenue growth and value through selling, whilst delivering excellent service.This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and enjoy building relationships with people whilst remaining professional.What You''ll Be Doing as the Sales ExecutiveBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers - ensuring effective product matching to best meet with the requirements of the customer.Deploy effective sales techniques over the phone, to understand the needs of the customer, then using this information to maximise margin by upselling or cross sellingNegotiate within the commercial parameters in order to leverage additional sales and marginMeet and exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating resilience and a proactive approach to sales activities and consistently striving for excellenceComplete account management and maintain the customer databaseWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience working within sales, contact centre or retail environmentTransferable skills that will support good customer experience such as strong communication skills and ability to build effective relationshipsComfortable working within a targeted and fast-paced sales environmentGood communication skills both written and verbalBenefits on Offer:Annual Basic Salary £28 000 - £29 000 (DOE)Monthly commission additional to basic salary ..... full job details .....
