Sales Executive - Building Trade (Roofing Sector)Location: York, YorkshireSalary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE) + Company VehicleHours: Monday to Friday, Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team within the building and roofing trade, based in York and covering Yorkshire.Your main focus will be to generate new business leads, develop relationships with existing customers, and price up roofing quotes for predominantly residential projects. You''ll be the key link between our company and our clients, helping homeowners and local businesses find the right roofing solutions for their needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new sales leads within the roofing and building sectorBuild and maintain strong relationships with residential clients and contractorsPrepare and price roofing quotes accurately and efficientlyFollow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed projectsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and market trendsRepresent the company professionally on-site and at client meetingsAbout YouProven experience in sales, ideally within the building or roofing industryStrong communication and negotiation skillsConfident in preparing quotes and handling customer enquiriesHighly organised, self-motivated, and target-drivenFull UK driving licence (company vehicle provided)What We OfferCompetitive salary between 35,000 and 40,000, depending on experienceCompany vehicle and fuel ..... full job details .....
