Sales Executive

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Executive position in Chichester, West Sussex. This-Sales Executive opportunity is ideal for experienced motor trade professionals seeking to enhance their automotive sales career within a reputable dealership.

• Competitive basic salary of up to -25,000 with uncapped commission potential
• On target earnings of up to -55,000
• Monday to Friday working week with a standard day off and weekends on a rota basis

Duties:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and present suitable options
• Drive sales targets and aim to meet or exceed set objectives
• Manage customer relationships to promote high satisfaction and repeat business
• Support the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a seamless experience
• Maintain thorough product and market knowledge to effectively position vehicle features and benefits
• Accurately complete all sales documentation and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor trade or a comparable sales-focused role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and achieve sales targets
• Positive attitude with adaptability in a dynamic market environment
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications
• Professional work ethic with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service
