In this role you will be responsible for managing technical parts sales, supporting customers with parts identification, and ensuring efficient order processing and dispatch. It involves close coordination with service teams, suppliers, and international partners to maintain stock accuracy, process warranty claims, and uphold profitability targets.

The Role:

• Sales Executive/ Parts Coordinator
• Managing technical internal parts sales
• Overseeing processing coordinator and supplier management
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure projects and delivery targets met

The Person:

• Sales Executive, Parts Coordinator or Internal Sales Coordinator with a background in manufacturing, production or engineering
• Great communication & organisation skills
• Interest in manufacturing/ production operations
