This is a standalone, lone-working role, ideal for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of a showroom, working independently and actively engaging with customers to drive sales. For this period, the showroom will have a strong focus on selling existing display and clearance stock on a sold-as-seen basis. We therefore need someone who can quickly build rapport with customers, confidently sell face-to-face, negotiate where appropriate and turn interest into sales. This is very much a hands-on sales position. You will be responsible for creating energy in the showroom, approaching and engaging customers, understanding what they are looking for and confidently closing business.
