Sales Executive

Sales Executive OA are recruiting a Sales Executive to join our client s growing team in Potters Bar.Our client is a family-owned precision metals business with over 85 years of trading history, supplying strip and wire to customers across the UK and Europe in the aerospace, defence, battery technology, automotive and medical sectors.This is a varied, sales and customer-focused role where you ll manage an allocated portfolio of customers, handling enquiries, quotations and orders while working closely with Production, Purchasing, Quality, Warehouse and Despatch. You ll also develop specialist knowledge of specific metals, alloys, strip and wire products.Location: Potters Bar Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm, office based Salary: £32,000-£35,000Sales Executive Benefits 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year to 25 daysOn-site parkingCompany pensionChristmas and summer eventsCareer progression opportunities Sales Executive Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for allocated customers, building strong and lasting relationships.Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders from initial contact through to delivery.Provide accurate information on pricing, lead times, delivery and product requirements.Follow up quotations and identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.Develop specialist knowledge of assigned metals, alloys, strip and wire products.Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order information within the CRM. ..... full job details .....
