Sales Executive - New Homes Sales

A leading housing asscistion-operating across Berkshre-are seeking a permanent new homes Sales Executive-to lead the sales function of 2 new iconic developments within the region.-

The New Homes Sales Executive-will be responsible for assisting with reservations for direct sales to exchange of contract and legal completion within agreed timescales whilst liaising with purchasers, brokers and solicitors and other relevant staff for sale completions.

Additional duties will be:

Support to the sales process to ensure sale-of properties go through smoothly and within required timescales;

Cooordinate all shared ownership sales and marketing activities:

Attend site sales meetings on a regular basis and compile progress reports

This is an exciting opportunity for a new homes sales professional to join a organisation who have an increasing build programme and who are helping customers within their community-to get on the property ladder. A proven track record selling new homes for a housing association, agency or house builder will be the key to succeed in this role.
