Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you''ll be building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and identifying new business opportunities.

Generating and securing new residential and commercial parking management contracts, managing the entire sales process from prospecting through to signed agreements.

An established and expanding parking management company based in Birmingham.

Description

• Generate and secure new residential and commercial parking management contracts.
• Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and face-to-face meetings.
• Arrange meetings, carry out site visits and conduct site surveys.
• Prepare and present tailored parking management proposals.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and convert opportunities into long-term clients.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new clients.

Profile

A successful Sales Executive should have:

• Proven track record of consistently winning new business.
• Strong business development background.
• Experience within private parking, property, facilities management, security, or a closely related sector.
• Ability to generate opportunities independently and build a pipeline from scratch.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-focused.
• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Job Offer

• Salary: -35000 - -40000, dependent on the level of experience.
• Company car provided after probation (car allowance during probation period).
• On-target earnings (OTE) of -100,000.
