The Role

As a Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for guiding customers through the sales journey, building rapport and helping them find the right solution to suit their needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing customer enquiries from initial contact through to sale.
• Building strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Delivering a consultative sales approach, identifying customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Following up on leads and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Working towards individual sales targets and KPI''s.
• Producing quotations and processing customer orders accurately.
• Maintaining accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Representing the business professionally at all times.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A confident, enthusiastic and professional approach.
• Target-driven with a passion for delivering results.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
