Overview

Sales Executive, Malmaison – Glasgow. Competitive salary / 40 hours. Permanent contract.Join the Sales Team at Malmaison to manage and develop relationships with local clients, drive corporate and social business into the hotel, and champion social media to engage with the local community and beyond. You will generate enquiries and help maximise conversion, while showcasing our hotel and services. Making great guest experiences is a top priority, ensuring top-notch service every time.Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with local clients to drive corporate and social business into the hotel.Act as the champion for social media, engaging with the local community and beyond to raise awareness and increase engagement.Generate enquiries and help maximise conversion, while showcasing the hotel and services.Ensure guests receive top-notch service and great experiences.Qualifications

Background in a customer service role (6 months or more preferred).Natural enthusiasm for sales and relationship building.Experience with social media.Confidence when speaking to customers and a hunger to succeed and meet targets.Good problem-solving skills, initiative to head off complaints, and clear communication with management.Proficiency with computers and strong listening skills.Benefits
