This is a varied role that sits across sales, reservations and customer experience. You''ll be the first point of contact for a lot of enquiries, helping customers find the right workspace, meeting room or event space, while also playing an important part in driving bookings and revenue. If you enjoy speaking to people, are commercially minded and like working in a busy environment where no two days are quite the same, this could be a great opportunity. The role You''ll take ownership of day-to-day reservations and enquiries across meeting rooms, events and coworking, making sure every opportunity is followed up quickly and professionally.
