The Role:

• Building and developing relationships with customers over the phone
• Contacting existing and lapsed customers to generate new opportunities
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Managing your own pipeline and keeping activity up to date on the internal system
• Working towards individual sales targets as part of a supportive team
• Following up with customers and turning conversations into sales

• Some sales, telesales, customer service or relationship-building experience
• A confident and friendly telephone manner
• Someone who is motivated by targets and earning potential
• Resilience and the ability to handle rejection without giving up
• A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude
• Someone who enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
