Sales Executive

Working for one of the leading new build developers selling 5 star luxury property in Haslemere, Surrey! My client is seeking individuals who come from a customer facing sales background who are keen to explore the new build sector and earn amazing commission from day 1! Key Responsibilities: Welcome and engage potential buyers in the sales office, at show homes, and via phone or email inquiries. Provide detailed information about the properties, development plans, and local area. Conduct viewings of show homes, demonstrating the features and benefits of our new homes. Build strong relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs, and guide them through the buying process. Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales, maintaining regular contact with potential buyers. Manage the sales process, including negotiation, contract exchange, and final sale. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, competitor activities, and local area developments. Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the buying process.
