We are recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join an established engineering components manufacturer based in LS28.
 
This is a varied sales role combining account management and new business development, with around 60% of the role focused on existing, warm and lapsed customers. You''ll have an established customer base to develop, alongside the opportunity to win new business.
The business has recently been acquired by a large international group and is investing in growth, making this an exciting time to join the expanding sales team.
The Role

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts
• Re-engage warm and lapsed customers
• Generate new business through proactive B2B sales
• Build relationships with customers and decision-makers
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Manage enquiries, quotations and the sales process through to order
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM
• Negotiate pricing and support revenue and margin growth
• Promote a range of engineered products

The role is predominantly office based in LS28, with occasional customer visits.
About You
We''re looking for someone with previous experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or technical sales.
You''ll need to be confident developing customer relationships, identifying opportunities and managing your own pipeline.
Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial or technical sales would be beneficial but isn''t essential.
