Working in a large sales team in a modern, open plan office your daily duties as a Sales Executive will include: Dealing with a wide range of business and retail customers on a daily basis via a mixture of inbound and outbound calls Converting inbound enquiries into happy, long-term customers Following up on quotes, re-engaging lapsed accounts, and reaching out to warm prospects Building value in every interaction through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities Providing clear, solution-focused advice to help customers make the right decision Negotiating prices and profit margins where necessary Preparing sales quotations and following through to win new business Partnering with our dispatch team to guarantee smooth, reliable order fulfillment Meeting (and exceeding!) ..... full job details .....
