Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a global organisation specialising in IT Service Management solutions. This position is paying -40,00050,000 plus commission, with hybrid working based in Reading.

Duties:

• Develop new business and build a strong sales pipeline
• Manage and grow existing client accounts
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts

Experience required:

• Minimum 3 years'' B2B sales experience
• Previous ITSM solution sales experience
• Strong new business and account management experience
• Knowledge of ITIL or SIAM
• Confident communicating and negotiating with senior stakeholders
• Self-motivated and results-driven
