Sales Executive – join our sales team, focusing on understanding customer needs, communicating product features, and interpreting technical requirements. Comprehensive training will be provided, but a solid technical understanding is essential.Responsibilities
Travel throughout the UK to visit potential clients and identify new business opportunities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Effectively manage and interpret customer requirements.Administer and manage customer accounts.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer contact data.Prepare comprehensive reports for sales meetings.Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.Prepare customer quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.Coordinate sales projects efficiently.Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product training.Develop collaboration with selected business partners for mutual development of business.Conduct pricing analysis on the customer base, creating strategies for maximizing returns whilst ensuring customers remain loyal and fairly treated.Design and manage sales activities and initiatives related to key accounts across the region with significant impact on overall results and objectives.Understand and keep up to date with market trends and customer requirements, translating them into solutions to meet customer needs.Monitor financial and payment performance of key accounts, including accurate invoicing.Support marketing efforts by attending trade shows and other promotional events.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred).Proven sales experience, ideally in raw materials (sheets), carpentry, or construction projects.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently as well as in a team.Positive, proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.Valid UK driving licence.Full availability to travel across the UK.What we offer
