Sales Executive

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a fast-growing construction, forestry and landscaping supplies company with the recruitment of a Telephone and Trade Counter Sales Executive.Permanent, full-time position. This is an office-based role working from the company''s trade counter and showroom in Chorley. Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmSalary£28,000-£30,000 basic salary, depending on experienceOTE of £32,000-£45,000 through uncapped commission and performance-related bonusesKey ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming sales calls and respond to customer enquiries.Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.Deal with email enquiries, quotations and invoice requests.Contact existing and prospective trade customers by telephone and email.Identify sales opportunities and promote relevant products to customers.Serve customers at the trade counter and provide knowledgeable product advice.Build strong relationships with trade and retail customers.Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records.Complete general office and sales administration duties.Occasionally support the warehouse with incoming deliveries and order processing.Assist with packing customer orders when required.Maintain a safe and secure working environment by following company procedures.Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within telephone sales, trade counter sales, customer service or a similar commercial role.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Confident telephone manner with the ability to ..... full job details .....
