What you''ll be doing As part of our Customer Success team, you''ll support new and existing business clients by: Answering inbound customer enquiries and providing first-class support. Explaining the progress of applications and why a member of the sales team may be unavailable, before arranging suitable call-backs where required. Guiding clients step-by-step through setting up their accounts and helping them generate their first invoices. Contacting clients who have registered but have not yet completed their first transaction, identifying any obstacles and providing support to get them started. Building strong relationships with clients to maximise engagement with the platform. Identifying retention opportunities and ensuring customers continue to benefit from our service.
